• SPECIAL DAMAGES
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Solcro during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solcro, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
